I really think this, and the two preceding fractals, are probably some of the best work you've done. They are distinctive, blending technical skill with personal style very well. Great artistic choices all around, from the pleasantly unusual composition of Foxfire to the wonderful palette of Gnarliness.
This one specifically is really great at creating what I call "atmosphere." Rather than being just a technical or decorative show, it has emotional content. I could try to put the feelings into words but actually I feel like the image mostly speaks for itself. Suffice it to say, it's moderately rare for me to find a fractal that engages me on this level (as opposed to just an intellectual one, or a relatively shallow "ooh pretty!" response).
